About this house rental
2200 sq feet- 3 Bedroom/3 full bathroom house with plenty of space for a family getaway! Located on a paved, ORV friendly street. Ride ATV’s directly to the trails! Watch deer and other wildlife daily through the two big picture windows. Master bedroom (1 king bed) is located on the main floor with attached bathroom. Main floor also includes kitchen, dining room, living room, game room with full size pool table, and two additional bathrooms. Bedrooms 2 (1 queen & 1 full) and 3 (2 fulls) are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV. There is an AC unit located in the living room, as well as in Bedroom 2. WiFi is available throughout the house. Enjoy the outdoors relaxing on the completely screened in porch or in the fenced backyard with bonfire pit. **Main floor is wheelchair accessible, including an entrance ramp.** Garage is not included in booking. One security camera is located outside of the house for security purposes only, when guests are not present. This cabin is just steps away from the Au Sable River and ORV/snowmobile trails! Roscommon is also home to two beautiful state parks, as well as an abundance of trails for hiking and cross country skiing.

House was great. Location was perfect. Rooms were nice. Plenty of entertainment for the kids. We even saw deer outside. Would definitely book this house again.

Property was nice. Easy walk to town.
My only negative was no gas grill. Hard to cook for 8 with no grill. Also, I was supposed to host a dinner for the rest of the family, but because of the no outside guests rule I had to take them to a restaurant. Nice that we could walk to fireworks.

Location was convenient. Pricing was comparable. The lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Showers had soft scum marks on shelves. Stains on bedspreads and sofa chair arms. Pool table covered in dust/crumbeds.
