About this house rental
This wonderful town home will comfortably accommodate your families vacation needs. Located 7 miles from Disney, and not far from other parks.
The town home is located in a gated community with a short walk to the pool, tennis courts, and club house with small gym. Town home has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes full bathroom and king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. sleeps 6 comfortably. Parking in front for 2 vehicles. Please note, if the car is covering the sidewalk. The HOA might tow your car, I try to keep the bushes trimmed back so you can pull in a far as you can.
Washer and dryer, full kitchen with Utensils. Smart TV's with Netflix's.
The downstairs TV has an XBox 360 with games, please keep in mind the games are from my teen's own collection and may not be suitable for everyone.

Easy to walk the dogs on the sidewalk just outside the porch around the pond. Place is clean and close to Disney, restaurants, and stores. This is the second time we stay here and would stay again if we are coming to the area.
