Was very impressed with the house , cleanness and hosts proactive communication reaching out ahead of time to make sure we knew everything about the house and also making sure we had everything we need .

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean and cozy duplex. We happened to be there during a time when the temps were in the negatives, and the house was very warm & toasty! The beds were extremely comfortable, the house had all the necessities (coffee!), and the decor was very nice. We were close to the attractions we wanted to visit and the check-in/out process was seamless. The only small thing was that the checkout instructions asked us to load dishes in the dishwasher, but the house did not have one. (There were dishwashing tablets under the sink, however??) This wasn't a problem, as we just hand-washed the dishes we used. But I thought it was strange to put it in the checkout instructions if there was no dishwasher to begin with? This did not in any way affect our stay, and we were completely happy with everything. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Indy to check this place out!

Very comfortable place to stay. The area was very quiet. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We would stay there again.
