About this house rental
Nestled between the beach and Intracoastal, Seaside Ranch is a newly renovated 4 bedroom / 3 bath home in Dolphin Isles, a top residential neighborhood on beautiful Lauderdale Beach. The beach, along with the best Oceanside dining, is an easy 4-5 minute walk.
The Space:
Seaside Ranch is the owner’s home away from home and we designed it with both vacation mode and live/work in mind. Looking to be outside? Enjoy multiple outdoor living areas - a rarity in Fort Lauderdale. Spend time by the pool, basking in all day sun or, on the other side of the house, relax in the tranquil secret garden. The garden is perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco. Inside the home you’ll find a bright and spacious open floor plan with beautiful views of lush tropical landscaping. The home is equipped with everything you may desire including high speed internet, free high speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, beach gear, baby gear, plus desks and TVs in each bedroom. There are four separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 people in total. All bedrooms feature Wright memory foam mattresses with their Weightless(TM) foam system, fully optimized for a better night’s sleep. All bedrooms also include bedding with high thread counts for a soft, yet cool feel, blackout window treatments, desk and tv for quiet work or relaxing space. All three bathrooms are renovated and the master bath includes double vanities and an oversized shower with three shower heads. The kitchen is fully stocked for gourmet cooking and entertaining. Here you’ll also find a wine fridge and gourmet coffee and tea station with espresso machine. The living room, with a large screen TV, and formal dining are the central indoor places to gather. The driveway can easily fit two large cars.
The Neighborhood:
Dolphin Isles, within Lauderdale Beach, is a short 15 minute car ride from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. It’s safe, residential location ensures minimal beach crowds compared to the more crowded areas within Fort Lauderdale. Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance, including multiple Oceanside restaurants such as Del Mar, Ocean 2000, and the Sand Bar Grill. On the Intracoastal side, walk to Maestros, Shooters, or Bokamper’s to dine while watching the boats pass by. If you’re looking to get on the water, catch the water taxi (10 minute walk from home) and head to other featured Fort Lauderdale destinations like Las Olas, or go as far as Miami or Palm Beach. If nature activities are of interest, visit the Everglades for an airboat trip (~45 min drive), or walk to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (within 10 minutes). There you can rent a canoe, paddle along a freshwater lagoon, fish from the sea wall, hike, bike, picnic or simply relax in the tropical hammocks. Should you be looking for Churches or Synagogues, there are several within the area. There are so many reasons to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. We did not need to contact the property manager. Home was well equipped- only objection was a few broken tiles need replaced near the bedroom entrance close to the back door

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Ranch! It was a perfect fit for our family of 5-plenty of space for everyone. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was comfortable. Kimberly was easy to communicate with and quickly responded back.

The house was just as described and a quick walk to the beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants in walking distance and good for family meals. We would definitely recommend this home to families with children or couples. Both options afford privacy and comfort.if we come back to Ft. Lauderdale our family would look for this home to rent again.

We booked this place because the reviews were amazing. It was walking distance to the beach, had a beautiful pool and seemed like all the amenities. What it doesn't show or that the reviews don't mention is that there are many things broken or that need to be updated/cleaned. There are broken tiles in the dining room, broken shower handle in guest bathroom, rusted paint/stain cans on side of house that is a hazard with kids around and the landscaping (lack thereof) definitely stands out next to the neighbors. Also, during our stay the AC went out. The property manager told us it worked just fine and we needed to just turn it off for 30 minutes and back on. It wasn't fine and for 3 days the AC was not working. They didn't send someone out and the property manager didn't come look at it. It was 78-80 in the house and the rooms where my kids tried to sleep. We loved the pool which was warm and clean! They need new umbrella stands. The listing says 3 umbrellas at the pool and there were 2 with only one working stand. We did enjoy that it was 3 blocks from the beach, had plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo/ conditioner. The mini splits in the two Master's were lifesavers. When I reached out to the owner she was very kind, but the Property Manager was not helpful and seems to be slacking on taking care of the property. Hope they get these things fixed so the next people can enjoy their stay without problems.
