Ideally situated for beach and South Siesta Key village lovers, we are just a short stroll from the famous Siesta Key public beach access #10. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, comfortable living area, and access to a refreshing heated pool and Tiki Hut. With free parking, beach chairs & towels provided, and proximity to dining, bars and water sports, this is the ideal home base for 2-4 people looking to enjoy Florida living.
The Space:
Self check in at your own private front door, w coded keypad. No need to visit a front desk to check in, or handle keys.
Light, bright, clean and well equipped property walking distance to Siesta Key, the public beach access, restaurants, bars, tiki hut, ice cream shop, marina, deli, boat rentals, waterfront dining, and more!
Peek-a-boo views of the boats passing by on Sarasota Bay from the living room. Pool view from the bedroom.
Heated Pool outside your front door. Table and chairs on your own front porch for al-fresco dining. Shared pool deck with sun loungers, gas grill and fence for privacy.
General maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaners may be onsite periodically, but they will not be inside your unit.

Nice, cozy place. Easy access to beach’s and good restaurants. Check in code did not come in prior to check in time. Noise from other units were little obvious.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. With just a 4 to 5 minute drive to the main strip it was a perfect getaway. Walls are thin but with a sound machine or white noise from your phone you will hear nothing.

Lisa communicated promptly. She gave tips about the area. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed plus additional requests. Would recommend for two adults and two small kids max. The pool was so nice to have after a day at the beach! They even had beach gear and pool toys for the kids which was a huge help.

Pros: very spacious, close drive to the beach, convenient and easy parking and check in, clean, quite comfortable, well stocked with amenities.
Cons: VERY THIN WALLS. So thin that if your next door neighbor is watching TV and talking loudly until 4 am, you will be too, as happened to us. As this was happening, we emailed the host and while of course we did not expect an immediate response as it was the middle of the night, we still have not received any response about the matter. In this unit, the TV next door is right against the bedroom wall which resulted in one of us sleeping on the couch and the other sleeping with noise cancelling headphones. Luckily we only experienced one night of this as those people checked out and the next night was much quieter.
