About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy apartment nestled between Vail and Beaver Creek with only a 9 minute drive to the slopes. The apartment is located right next to the Eagle Vail golf course, driving range, pool, hiking trails, cross country skiing and tennis/pickleball courts. Go for a ski day or a round of golf and then relax in the living room with a refreshment or drink.
Great place for solo travelers, couples and small groups.
As you enter the apartment you will find a full living room and an equipped kitchen. Near the kitchen you will find access to the washer and dryer. Additionally, from the living room you can enter the full bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and medium size closet.
You will have access to all the amenities including, board games, full kitchen equipment, laundry and off-street parking for 1 vehicle. Nearest bus stop to ski resorts is a 20 minute walk. Please note that there is no AC (just heating) but summer nights tend to be chilly. A fan is available if needed.
Around 1.5 flights of stairs are required to get to the apartment.
Note that this apartment is the Lockoff unit, there are some stairs that lead to the upper unit but it is locked off from both sides. Unit has its own entrance and no interaction with other guests is needed. Occasional noise from upstairs neighbors is expected but quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. You can reach out to me if there is noise during quite hours.

-From November 1st to April 30th, on days with more than 3” snow accumulation, all vehicles must be removed from parking lot(s) from 9 AM to 12 PM to allow for proper plowing. A $75 fine will be imposed by HOA if vehicles are not moved.

No issues whatsoever with the actual condo. Owner (Patricio) was extremely responsive to the only issue we had. Will definitely return when skiing or hiking. 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and approx 15 to Vail. 30 minute drive from Eagle-Vail airport.Bed, pull-out couch are comfortable with plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets. etc. Full kitchen includes all of the essentials plus some you don’t think about: blender and water filtration pitcher. Highly recommend!

This property is a gem! The size is just right for 2 people! I stayed with my son for a fall soccer tournament and everything was wonderful! The communication and information was very clear and easy to access! The space is not fancy, but the unit was sparkling clean and stocked beyond most places I’ve rented!
We would absolutely stay here again!
My only recommendation is a warm blankie for the couch!
