Location is near to restaurants, beached and walking trails. Most neighbors were active walkers and very friendly

We really enjoyed this house and the location. We booked here based on proximity to Ann and Chuck Dever Park with it's great trails, park amenities and kayak launch. We were the first guests in this new rental after a nice remodel. The house was beautiful with a great layout for families, well appointed. A few small things kept it from getting 5 stars that I'm sure they'll sort out. The exterior of the house had broken glass, shingles, and screws that I'm guessing were from recent remodel. With kids, this was not ideal. The kitchen was missing a few basics like a trash can and baking sheet. Everything else was brand new and we enjoyed the feeling that no one else had stayed there.
