Our property is nestled in the heart of Scottsdale's prestigious Kierland neighborhood, offering a private retreat that's still close to the best the city has to offer.
Prime Location for Adventure and Convenience
● 10 minutes to vibrant Old Town Scottsdale
● 12 minutes to TPC Scottsdale (home of the annual WM PGA Open)
● 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport
● 10 minutes to Scottsdale Airport
Good to Know
● Pool heating is included at no additional charge.
● The pool is heated by a heat pump (runs 24/7 in fall, winter and spring) that normally heats the pool about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. We cannot guarantee a specific temperature. Heat pumps are off from May 1 to September 30. Please inquire about pricing and availability if you would like the heat pump on between May 1 and September 30.
A Few Practical Notes
● Concierge services are available. Outside vendors must be pre-approved/vetted with proper insurance.
● On-site rental cars available. Please inquire.
● Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 days or more!
● Flexible Cancel for Any Reason Policy available for peace of mind. Black out dates apply.
● Cancellation Policy: Will be displayed at time of check out. Either 30 or 60 days prior to arrival based on property type.
● Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required) within 48 hours of arrival
● Rental Contract required and must be signed before check-in
● Minimum age requirements apply
● To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication

● Guests agree to comply with City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:

● No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following:
● Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
● Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
● Housing sex offenders is prohibited
● Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;
● Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography;

Perfect family destination! This property is named Desert Oasis and it lives up to the name, inside and out. The backyard has everything, a putting green, pool, hot tub, grill & fire pit. The inside is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family enjoyed the large living room couch and television, perfect for watching football and holiday movies. Dar and her team were wonderful to work with. We loved the location, close to Kierland Commons and many other attractions. Everything about this property was fabulous!

This house was so nice. Lots of room and great location. It had lots of outdoor seating and the pool is so pretty. The management office was quick to respond to any question and very helpful. We had a great time and the house was so amazing and beautiful!!
