A very beautiful house of the XVIII th century, in the immediate vicinity of the historic heart of Grasse, capital of perfumes. In a green area opening on the bay of Cannes, a big swimming pool, a garden of 4000 m² in terraces oriented to the South and the nature at your door: everything is gathered for an unforgettable vacation.
Description:
A large game room and a billiard room overlook the terrace, the garden and the pool (12,5m x 6m); you can organize your meals and your moments of games and relaxation for the whole family.
On a first level, a large living room, the dining room, a vast kitchen with dining area and two sleeping areas:
One with a large master bedroom, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a room with two twin beds;
The other with a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with WC.
On the second floor, two bedrooms with double beds, a room with 3 single beds, two of which can be combined into twin beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.
5 parking spaces, two of which are sheltered, allow the garage for vehicles.
The house is close to the city center, but from the gate of the property crossed, a haven of greenery without any vis-à-vis opens to you. You have exclusive use, of the property of its garden and swimming pool.

The perfume museum, the cathedral of Grasse (13th century) and the historic center are within walking distance from the house. (300m)
Cannes, the Croisette, the sea and the Lérins Islands are 18 km away, Nice and its airport at 35 km, Monaco and its oceanographic museum, the Italian border at 75 km. L'Esterel and its red rock coves at 25 km.
The hinterland of Grasse also offers you beautiful surprises with its wild rivers (la Siagne; le Loup and the gorges du Verdon) in which you can refresh yourself or practice canyoning. The perched villages of Gourdon, Montauroux and Fayence, Saint Paul de Vence, await your summer strolls. Several golf courses (Opio, Grasse, Mougins...), paragliding, hiking, cycling are some examples of the sports activities that you can practice between sea and mountain.
