About this villa rental
This is a pretty villa for 5 people, near to Pollensa. It has a wonderful garden in a quiet area. Outside you have a beautiful look at the mountains. There is a fixed BBQ, a ping pong table and a covered terrace. From the terrace you come in the dining-living room with sofa, Sat-TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 persons. From the dining-room you come to the good equipped kitchen. Also you can go to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms, all air conditioned. From the double bedroom you have a wonderful look at the swimming pool, the garden and mountains. You can find also 2 bathrooms with bathtub. In an extra room is the washing machine.

Very quiet secluded location with lovely pool.
Minor issues identified. 1) No key present to lock rear entry door securely. 2) Ant trail into kitchen along cooker gas pipe needs sealing. 3) Flap missing on RH pool filter. 4) Living room floor needs a good clean.

This villa is extremely comfortable. The inside is comfortable just as much as the outside. The area is quiet and easily accessed. It is close to the old town so an ideal location. The rooms were comfy and the main room had a huge bed that exceptionally comfortable. Overall a great stay and we want to come back!
The garden furniture was poor and not enough for five people.

We stayed for a week and had a fab time. Loads of room inside and out! Lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Great pool, kids had a blast! Would recommend and would certainly return. Ideally need a car for ease, nearest supermarket only ten minutes drive away. Very close to Pollensa old town.

Die Finca ist geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Möblierung, Küchengeräte, Outdoor-Grill, Geschirr und Besteck alles funktionierend und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und bepflanzt, man findet mehrere Lieblingsplätze zum Sitzen, Liegen, Geniessen. Die überdachte Terrasse ist schön gross um auch bei schlechterem Wetter draussen sitzen zu können. Das Grundstück hat eine angenehme Größe, wenige andere Häuser sind entfernt in Sichtweite aber keineswegs störend. Der weite Ausblick geht übers Land von der näheren Umgebung bis zur Tramuntana. Trotz der relativ abgeschiedenen Lage ist der schöne Ort Pollensa mit umfangreichen Bummel- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreicht. Der Service ist diskret, unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich sowie schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt ein absolut positiver Eindruck und eine schöne Urlaubswoche mit grossem Wiederholungsfaktor.
