The Guesthouse is an 1860 town home with 2 bedrooms (upstairs) and one and one-half baths, and a large living and dining room all appointed in a unique style of simple elegance with modern amenities. Business travelers will find that this makes for the perfect home away from home. We provide tailored-to-your-needs service, with a fully-stocked fridge upon request. (Priced accordingly) Perrysburg is a hip boutique-town that is very walk-able and has fantastic restaurants and shopping. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck overlooking the gardens or the front porch watching people go by all while remaining very private in the heart of it all! Come stay with us and enjoy the charm and elegance this historic river town!

If you are 2 guests staying in 2 rooms, there is an additional $100.00 per night.
If you are 3 guests, staying in 2 rooms, the additional $100.00 per night applies.
Cleaning of kitchen fee of $100.00 for 7 (or less) day stay, $300.00 for month long stay, both refundable if not necessary, (if you don't use kitchen)!
There are outdoor security cameras on property.

My sister and I really enjoyed our weekend here! The house has a lot of character and is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The outdoor space was great for visiting. being so close to Downtown Perrysburg was also a plus!

My family from out of state visited so we rented the west side for them while they were in town. They absolutely loved it. Diane was terrific host, was great with communicating and had whole bunch of pamphlets of the area so could show the relatives were we planned to take them for our day trips food and entertainment.Great accommodations, the living room and kitchen were great for family dinner and catching up talks. Really nice to only be a couple blocks away so was easy for us to walk visit them rather than driving to them. Highly recommend to anyone who has family visiting our town. We will definitely be using again for sure for any other relative planning on visiting us in the future.
