Charming country house a stone's throw from the ocean
Come and discover this charming 63m² house, with a pleasant 25m² terrace and a 400m² garden planted with trees, located in the heart of the countryside. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers peace and quiet, yet is close to all amenities. Just 1 km from cycle paths and 4 km from shops (bakery, tobacconist's, mini-market), accessible by bike along picturesque paths, this house is an ideal starting point for your activities.
The beaches are just 9 km away, the marshes just a few minutes, and for thrill-seekers, the famous Puy du Fou is an hour's drive away.
The accommodation It's been 15 years since we made La Cantinière our home, and in December 2023 we were lucky enough to acquire the house from our neighbor Bernard. We've carefully renovated it to make you feel right at home. La Cantinière is a haven of peace away from the hustle and bustle of Les Sables d'Olonne. After a day at the beach, you'll be able to enjoy the calm and serenity this place has to offer.

For the Vendée Globe: close to the shuttle bus park.
Although cleaning is included, please clean the kitchen area (dishwasher, garbage can and fridge emptied, work surface and sink cleaned). Part of the deposit may be retained if this is not done.
