○ Failure to register all guests may result in cancellation with no refund.
○ All daytime visitors must be registered and included in the total guest count.
○ No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior permission, including visitors’ pets.
○ Pets allowed upon request & additional fee of $295/pet per stay.
○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.
○ No unauthorized events or parties.
○ Respect the neighbors & quiet hours: 11PM-7AM.
○ Respect the neighbors property. Please don`t go over the property lines, they are marked.
○ Follow hot tub rules, if changing the hot tub water is required, a $200 fee will be assessed.
○ No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass.
○ No glass outside. No slip and slides allowed. No diving (the pool is 6` at the deep end).
○ The pool is open seasonally between May 1st- Oct. 1st.
○ Although the pool is heated, the water temperature might differ according to the weather outside.
○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.
○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.
○ No fireworks on the property.
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.
○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.
○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back

Everything was great! Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of towels/blankets/linens! We had 16 people and we all fit comfortably. The fire pit and the hang out space under the pool gazebo was fantastic! Plenty in the house to entertain such a large group!

I can truly say the pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s amazing. What you can’t see in the photos are the thoughtful little touches, the exceptional cleanliness, and how seamless and pleasant it is to interact with the host. If you’re comparing this to anything else in the area, stop now and just book this one. You won’t regret it.

The house, amenities, location were spot on! We enjoyed a family reunion and took advantage of the pool, pickleball court, house, every inch of the home and its offerings! Thankyou! We look forward to returning!
