The experience extends across the property, with private trails, multiple fire pits, a covered gazebo, disc golf, a rustic camping area, wellness spaces, a hot tub, a cold plunge, and secluded places waiting to be discovered.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.
Cancellation
More than 31 days before arrival = full refund (minus travel insurance premium if purchased).
14–31 days before arrival = initial payment is forfeited.
Within 14 days of arrival (or early departure/shortened stay) = all rent payments are forfeited, with cleaning fees and applicable taxes refunded as required.

We loved our stay at Graceland! We enjoyed gazing at the stars from the balcony before we went to sleep and then waking up to the mountains. My daughter and I played ALL the games at the property, and it was the perfect place to relax and have fun after long days out exploring. The rocking chairs, hammock, hot tub, gnome garden, and hiking trail on the property were lovely touches!

My favorite VRBO house by far. House is new, well appointed and comfortable. Well lighted, too. Kitchen is over the top well equipped, so of you like to cook, this is your place. Above all, support from the host is the best I’ve encountered. They get the definition of “ hospitality.” Many VRBO hosts don’t. Highly recommended.

Best VRBO we've stayed in yet. The house is exceptionally tastefully decorated and well executed. Fantastic views off the back porch and good parking area and turn around.Access the first time may be a little daunting as the road is a moderately steep, narrow gravel and dirt. Once familiar, no worries. I did it five times on a motorcycle.The kitchen equipage is over the top. Terrific selection of quality cooking and serving utensils. Whoever did that was paying attention. Good internet and cell service there.
