*NEWLY BUILT* This refreshing home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious and open floorplan, a private backyard, and more. The thoughts and finishes we put into this home will make you feel like you never want to leave. Enjoy a summer BBQ in the backyard (propane and grill provided), take a sip of wine and cook a delicious meal in the culinary kitchen, or kick back and relax in the living room and stream your favorite TV shows off the large 70" Smart TV. This home has it all.
Located in a new subdivision in Madison 10 minutes from the airport, this home sits on a quiet community. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Everything you will need to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is a 70" Smart TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in the master bedroom. Stream your favorite shows on Netflix! In our fight against COVID-19, we have adopted enhanced cleaning procedures. Stay with peace of mind when you stay with us! We look forward to hosting your next stay.
I am not available in-person, but am just a text/call away if you need assistance. This will allow you to have a more private stay!
Please note this is in a new subdivision in between Madison and Triana. The community is still being built so pardon the construction that is happening around the home! The home is well insulated and there are no issues with construction noises, but just keep that in mind prior to booking!
Zero Tolerance policy for parties & events.
Smoking is only permitted outside of the home.
Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors.
The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home.
RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund.

We stayed here as a group of guys with teenage sons playing in a golf tournament in town. The place was perfect for what we needed as a group.
