About this house rental
A Pineapple Paradise is the paradise you have been looking for! Centrally located in Crystal Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has it all. It is the perfect location for easy access to all the local restaurants, shopping and fun activities in the area. It is also just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive to the beach.
The family room has wooden floors, a large flat-screen television and comfortable furniture, making it a great place to relax. For your convenience, high speed internet is provided. The kitchen is well furnished, and has bar seating as well as a dining table that seats four.
This two story house has a primary suite with a queen bed on the main level. Two other bedrooms are located upstairs - one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath and satellite-connected, flat-screen TV.
Walk outside on the upper back deck and soak in the views of the bay, Intracoastal Waterway, and peek-a-boo views of the beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage at sunset! There is also an additional deck on the front side of the house with seating. Downstairs you will find a sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, as well as a bar with additional seating. The huge lot features a great fire pit with seating - fun all year long!
Cargo lift available with a fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Very cute and spacious! The balconies were perfect for watching fireworks. My family enjoyed this beach house more than any other home we have rented. Pet friendly was a great added experience.

Perfect weekend! The home was so clean and very spacious. Soft comfy beds too! The owners should have a instructions on locking the doors though.... other than that... Perfect!!!!!

Our stay was wonderful. We did not get to experience the relaxation part of the weekend due to the wedding, but the house was as shown. We had a party of 5 and the accommodations were perfect. Using the lift to bring up our luggage and bags was a great help.

House was nice but refrigerator was not working, luckily we had ice chest’s to keep out stuff cold. For the price, you would think it came with linens and toiletry. Other than that it was fine
