The property overlooks a sandy beach, and guests have exclusive private beach access. With Cape Perpetua to the north, Siuslaw National Forest to the east, and Heceta Head Lighthouse to the south, Betty's Beachside is located on some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery anywhere on the Oregon coast.

The heart of the home is the expansive living and dining room, where a long wall of windows showcases beautiful Pacific Ocean views, and a cozy fireplace creates the perfect gathering place after a day at the beach. Beautiful vaulted ceilings and lighted soffits add to the ambience. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee while watching the waves or settling in for a big game, a movie viewing party, or just a quiet evening, this inviting space is made for spending time together.
The full equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole group, and a breakfast table, too. The oversized dining room table offers ample seating for family dinners, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures. An ocean view deck encourages the cook to grill up something special on the barbeque and watch for whales and passing ships.
Retreat to one of six comfortable bedrooms for a restful nights sleep, all with king-size beds. You will find three of the bedrooms upstairs, two with ensuite baths for added privacy. Downstairs, you will find three more bedrooms, two with sleeper sofas for additional sleeping arrangements. There are two full baths downstairs, as well as a small galley kitchenette.

This is a wonderful location with a front row view of the ocean. The property is so well-maintained and furnished, with access to the beach. (Be aware that the path to the beach doesn't have a railing all the way down and could get very slippery in wet weather). This property's location seems to be a natural wind barrier to the usual windy beach conditions. It butts up to Hwy 101, but the sounds of the ocean block out the traffic noise. There is no cell service so be sure to download your passcode ahead of time. It is about a 10 minute drive to the nearest market. There was some confusion in terms of communication between VRBO and the property management company and the 5:00 p.m. check-in time seems extreme. Overall, this property is an amazing find. We loved it so much that we booked another stay before we left!

This is the most amazing place on the Oregon coast. I can't recommend this place enough. It was perfect in every way. I have never stayed somewhere that was better. If you're going to the Oregon coast, I strongly suggest you check out the Oregon House resort. I promise you won't be disappointed in any way!
