Make unforgettable memories in this unique luxury loft in Lille-Tourcoing, featuring 4-person sauna, 2 person balneo-spa, high vaulted brick ceilings, open living space of 150 m2, 2 separate mezzanines, 2 bedrooms, sleeper sofa , open kitchen, terrace, near great restaurants, metro, tram, TGV station (Paris 1 hour). The perfect setting for couples to celebrate special intimate anniversaries or romantic evenings. Also ideal for business travelers.
First thing you notice upon entering the Carre Rouge loft is the high brick vaulted ceilings, which make you feel like you're outdoors. The windows of the first mezzanine give the impression there's an entire two-story house in the middle of the loft (!)
The main living area features a huge open kitchen with long solid oak counters. If you feel like watching a movie or listening to music, there's a comfortable entertainment area with a 65-inch Sony Bravia smart TV and JBL 5.1 sound system.
Pass through the Confessional to access the Artist's Studio, terrace and second mezzanine, which has a separate bedroom up a small flight of stairs. This separate area is perfect for the kids (or a second couple).
The sauna seats up to four people. Couples can also enjoy a relaxing spa together. There are two showers, two WC.
There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa for two, so up to six guests can stay the night. (When reserving, please let us know how many beds you will need during your stay).
The Carre Rouge Loft offers optional services on-demand, to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This includes food, drinks and laundry services. (Please request this option prior to your arrival.)

The kids have their own completely separate wing of the loft, with their own mezzanine, Smart TV with Disney Plus, even their own WC and shower (we also offer a travel cot and other necessities for infants). Mom and dad can enjoy some private time away from it all, without leaving the kids at home with a nanny. Last but not least, the loft is perfect for business travelers, and offers two completely separate bedrooms plus a really comfortable foldout sofa. Want to visit Paris? It's just one hour away from the TGV station in Tourcoing.
PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is not allowed inside the loft. Parties and other events are not allowed. No extra guests are allowed into the loft without prior written authorization. The loft is cleaned by a professional cleaning service. Please leave the loft in the state in which it was received.
