Apartment attached to a 200 year old farmhouse with views of the river, gardens, and our sweet farm animals. Only 20 minutes to Burlington and close to ski areas and bike paths. Porch on front and back with comfy seating area. We offer a grill, fire pit, and an outdoor pizza oven. Private access to the river for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Private yoga classes available on the docks or in the gardens. If you are looking for comfort and tranquility this is the property for you.

It was very restful, quiet and clean. The chickens always ran up to say good bye each morning and the goats were so cute.

Wonderful area of Vermont to visit. Great time of the year to visit. Chad was very good host.

Never received check-in info. Ventilation and temp control could be better. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bed was OK.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs a refresher course or at least a good cleaning. It’s an old farmhouse so I don’t expect sparkling but it was not up to our standards of cleanliness.
