Step across the threshold and you immediately get a tantalizing glimpse of the private balcony enticing you forward to get your first view of the famous emerald-green water and sugar-white sands of Destin, Florida’s Emerald Coast. Pass the two cleverly situated bunk beds in the hall and enter this newly updated one-bedroom, two-bath condo. The main bedroom features a king bed and there is also a fold-out sofa in the living area. This Destin condo rental is decorated with all the nuanced colors of the water, sand, and sky. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a four-seat breakfast bar. You feel surrounded by the sky and water with the sliding glass doors out to the balcony, the window at the dining area, and the mirrored wall opposite reflecting miles and miles of glorious Destin, Florida coastline.
Pelican Beach Resort in Northwest Florida features exercise and fitness centers in each building, a poolside deli, a provisions shop, and a beachfront tiki bar. This Destin Resort also offers tennis courts, a video game room, two spas, beach service, pickle ball, EV charging station, outdoor grills, three pools - gulf front, lakefront, and indoor/outdoor, and don’t miss the Pelican Beach Café. Newman-Dailey guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

We were visiting friends and family and only stayed for 3 nights. The view of the beach and water was unbelievable! It was clean and nicely decorated in a coastal theme. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The check in and out process was flawless. We didn’t use the amenities but others were and seemed very satisfied with everything. I would stay here again and refer my family and friends too! Thanks for sharing this wonderful place. It was a great experience.

Location was amazing. Right on the beach with a view of the ocean where we could see pelicans and even dolphins in the water. Loved the balcony with the table and chairs. Bed was comfortable but bedroom was dark because the window opened up to a hallway right across from the trash chute so we kept it closed. Nice showers, soft towels. Drawbacks: No beach towels provided, so we had to buy some. No paper/covering products such as foil or plastic wrap, and no spices or condiments other than salt and pepper. Also, we were required to wear a plastic bracelet with a sharp edge the whole time, which was rather annoying. No written directions on how to use things or recommended services. It took us a day to figure out the TV, and it turned out it had disconnected from the wi-fi.

We had an amazing stay with excellent views of the Gulf of America! The room was exactly as described—spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. Overall, it was a truly relaxing experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
