It includes 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a desk for working. The comfortable living room is equipped with a smart TV and cozy furniture for relaxation. Additionally, the unit has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen.
Conveniently offers easy access to public transportation and is within walking distance of Piedmont Park, The Beltline, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, the Botanical Gardens, and a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Plus, Ponce City Market, Buckhead, Downtown Atlanta, and other local attractions are all less than a 15-minute drive away!
PLEASE NOTE: -The apartment is situated on the ground level of a 1900 year old multi-unit stone house, indicating that there are other units above and adjacent to yours. Nevertheless, the unit offers privacy with private entrance and no shared spaces, except for the parking carport.

-There is only ONE reserved parking space available for your convenience.

Perfect location to stay while in Atlanta. Within walking distance to Trader Joes, and quaint coffee shops. Piedmont park is just a block away. Off street parking was a plus. Quick communication with owner. We will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nook and it's great location from walking in Piedmont Park and on the Beltway to being able to walk to restaurants, coffee and Trader Joe's. The apartment was nicely setup and easy to access. Our only issue was the noise from the traffic as the bedroom basically backs on to busy Monroe street but Atlanta is a large busy city and noise would probably be an issue at most places for a country girl like me :) The owner did kindly leave earplugs by the bed to help with this.

We had a great stay here! It was clean and a convenient location. Check in and out was easy, and Shonda was very nice! I would definitely stay here again!
