Bawley Point Beach House located the heart of Bawley Point Just 200m to dog friendly Cormorant Beach and 250m to Bawley Beach and a quick walk to Luci's Cafe for your morning coffee and breakfast. The perfect coastal escape for a holiday or weekend getaway. And best of all? You can bring your dog along to stay too!

Imagine spending your days lounging on the sand, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, and listening to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. Sounds pretty dreamy, right? .
For the adventurous types, Bawley Point offers a plethora of outdoor activities to keep your adrenaline pumping. You can explore the lush bushland, hike through the rugged terrain, or kayak down the tranquil rivers. Or, if you're feeling particularly brave, you can try your hand at rock climbing or abseiling.
Just a short drive north of Bawley Point you will find plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to explore. You can sample fresh seafood, sip on locally brewed beer, or simply sit back and enjoy the laid-back coastal vibe.

The cottage is modern, cosy and ultra-stylish. The warm, light-filled open plan living space is air-conditioned and has a large, plush lounge and big screen TV with Netflix and Wifi. The fully equipped, sleek kitchen showcases all new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, 5 burner oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, coffee machine
Step outdoors onto the back deck with a BBQ and enclosed, private courtyard.

There are 4 lovely, comfortable bedrooms and 1 contemporary, luxe bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed and chest of drawers
Bedroom 3 - Tri Bunk , built -in robe
Bedroom 4 - Single Bunks, built- in robe, sofa bed
Bathroom | Laundry - Luxurious bathtub, shower, washing machine, dryer.

- Linen is provided, including bath towels, with beds made ready for your arrival.
- House runs a Tesla Battery.
- Essentials including shampoo, conditioner & body wash and laundry
detergent are provided
- Driveway parking for 1 car or 2 small cars- Off-street parking for 2 cars
Important Notes
- Linen and towels are included however please be sure to pack and bring your own beach towels
- Firewood is not supplied guest can BYO or purchase firewood from the BP fuel station in Termeil
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.

The dishwasher was full of dishes and it was smelly.There was a beach towel in the washing machine that smelt like it had been there for a while.We washed the dishes and ran the washing machine and threw the towel away as it had mold in it.The backyard grass was rather long.The rest of the accommodation was wonderful.We would stay again.

Great location; well appointed house. Nearby beaches beautiful. Perfect for wedding we attended at Bawley Vale Winery.

We had a wonderful stay in Bawley Point. There was lots of room for 4 couples to stay comfortably and were within walking distance to beautiful beaches and a cafe! Would definitely stay here again.
