This family friendly lake house is on a large, peaceful cove of Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, Texas. Lake LBJ is one of the largest constant level lakes in the U.S. and is ideal for water-skiing, jet-skiing, boating and fishing. The lake house is in a no wake zone in the cove which is great for swimming and docking boats and personal watercraft. Guests love the super-sized boat and fishing dock. The oversized dock has plenty of room for everyone and is the perfect spot for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, dancing, or just relaxing and enjoying the activity on the lake. The dock also has a water slide or you can have fun kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Please bring your own life vest and lake towels. The water near the shore is shallow enough for smaller children to wade and gradually gets deeper.
You will enjoy the freshness and cleanliness of this home. It is kept in excellent condition. The kitchen comes completely equipped. All you need to bring are your food and drinks. The living room has a 50 inch TV and plenty of seating for everyone. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 32 inch TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 bunks, one with full-sized mattress on bottom. There is also a pack and play, a booster/highchair, movies, and games.
Great for girls trips, guys trips, family trips, reunions or any type of get away.
The house is 7 miles from Marble Falls. Marble Falls has great shopping and dining as well as HEB and Walmart. The house is across the lake from Horseshoe Bay.
An additional payment request for 7% for the City of Granite Shoals Hotel Tax will be sent out after booking.
