This comfortably furnished home with 2 beds and 1.5 baths is located across from the Augusta National on a quiet street with a fenced back yard. There's a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. The well equipped kitchen has been updated to include new appliances, there's a front porch, a back patio, and a fireplace. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets welcome with $40 fee per pet.

National Hills is an older established neighborhood located approximately 4 miles from downtown Augusta, approximately 5 miles from North Augusta, and less than 2 minutes from the Augusta National Golf Club where the annual Masters Tournament is held in April each year. We are in a quiet section of the neighborhood that is located very close to the Augusta Canal where you can access the Augusta Canal towpath by entering at Eisenhower Park. The Augusta Canal towpath is flat and an easy walk from the house. It provides views of the Savannah River, Augusta Canal, and abundant wildlife.
There is room to park two cars in the driveway and street parking is also allowed in case you need to park a moving truck or additional vehicles during your stay.
Cozy home that has plenty of parking and has been professionally decorated to include seating areas in both bedrooms. There is a work area in the great room, a laundry area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom provides a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.
Augusta is best enjoyed using a personal vehicle.

We stayed for 4 weeks with our dog, while our own house was being repaired after water damage. This townhouse is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, with plenty of light coming into the great room from all the windows. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup. We loved the location in an older, but very nice and quiet neighborhood, but still close to restaurants and stores. The hosts are accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for us to access the horse venue in Aiken. The fenced in yard was ideal for our two small pooches. The house is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely book again if returning to the area.
