Open & spacious with the comforts of home and the Las Vegas Strip and Cowabunga Water Slides only 5 miles away! Cozy three bedroom 2.5 bath home with large open kitchen, dining room & living room. Garage parking access and laundry room access.
Located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood where you can relax after a fun filled day on the town!
Super close to several casinos, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, Town Square, Premium Outlets, Antique Mall, Cowabunga Canyon & the Raiders stadium.
Fast internet speed for all your home based business needs!
*Quiet time is 10 pm to 10 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outside noise down to a whisper after 10 pm. Do not hangout or loiter in the front yard at anytime.
*Absolutely No Parties or Events allowed.
* For security reasons the address is provided on the morning of check in. This home comfortably sleeps 7 people.
*Kids under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
*Up to 4 cars are allowed at the property. 2 cars can park in the garage & 2 cars in the driveway. If your car leaks oil, do not park on the property.
No parking in front of neighbor's homes & do not block driveways. Recreational vehicles, RV’s & boats, are not allowed & may be at your risk to being towed.
*Bookings over 30 days may require a lease, ID & deposit.
*No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only.
* Dogs under 20 lbs are considered. Please inquire for details.
- Barking dogs cannot be left outside.
* Late check out must be approved 24 hours in advance. If guests have not left the premises one hours after checkout there will be a $300 charge.
*If the police is called due to noise complaints, there will be a $300 charge per occurrence & immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.
- Self check-in lock on the front door.
- A garage remote will be available for convenience of parking in the garage.

Was a wonderful stay we enjoyed everything. Was close to the strip. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

This place was great on all levels. The host thought of everything. It was a lovely place to stay. Great kitchen fully furnished, and appliances worked good. There’s a laundry room and the machines were clean and could handle big loads. The backyard was nice and clean. The rooms were also were nice, cozy and comfortable. I loved most of all that we could have our fur baby with us. We have a little chihuahua and our vacation was great because we were allowed to bring her to this Vrbo.

The home was absolutely beautiful and super clean! It had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was a short drive to all things fun in Vegas! The check in and check out process was a breeze. The owner was amazing and communicated with us every step of the way. Would definitely stay here again!!
