About this house rental
This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home has an inground swimming pool and sleeps up to 8 people. Your group will enjoy easy access to shopping, restaurants, downtown, the medical district, and the Augusta National. The home provides a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, two separate living areas, onsite washer and dryer, and private onsite parking. There are smart TV's in the living room and all the bedrooms and a foosball table in the secondary living area.

Helena Woods is a small intimate patio home development located less than 1 mile from the Masters Tournament patrons gate and approximately 10 minutes from downtown Augusta and downtown N Augusta.
You will have access to everything throughout the property and will not share any spaces with other guests. There are two locked owner's closets in the home that you will not have access to. There are only two parking spaces for guests and street parking is NOT permitted. If you park on the street your car will be towed. Access to the property is provided via a smart lock with a personal code that will be shared prior to check in.
The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed and attached private bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. There is a secondary living area, with a futon that sleeps two, just off the primary bedroom that provides access to the backyard and pool. There is a half bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining room, and great room finishing off the main level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a garden tub and shower.
Augusta is best enjoyed using a personal vehicle.

Overall, a great spot for your trip to the Masters. No problem walking to golf course. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants as well. Nice coffee setup. Pool area is very nice bonus. Could stand a bit of a refresh but still nice.

The house was great! Too cold for pool unfortunately because it was lovely. Smart thermostat too smart for us with the weather between freezing and 70°! I used a you tube video to figure it out! Please check it to be sure my settings okay. Oh there is no corkscrew! Hop to stay again. We are using a dentist in ther area for extensive work and your home made it a good trip.

Overall the property was nice and a good fit for our family. There were issues with the property upkeep. I repaired the kitchen faucet while we were there. It had little to no water pressure. Took it apart and cleaned the filter screen. There was a broken/missing toilet paper holder in the foyer toilet. The pool area was VERY unkept. The weeds were over 2’tall around the entire pool area. The bifold doors that close off the master bedroom are broken and do not close well. Otherwise the property was satisfactory.
