The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, complete with granite countertops, modern appliances, and a large island bar — perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. The living area features soft, comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, creating a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploring the Finger Lakes.
Sliding doors open to the lower patio, where you can sip your morning coffee while listening to the birds, grill out for dinner, or simply relax and enjoy the quiet. The spacious yard is great for yard games or stargazing at night.
Two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the main floor, while the upstairs bedroom and bathroom offer extra privacy. The loft area includes a sleeper sofa and opens to a balcony with peaceful tree views and a glimpse of Cayuga Lake in the distance.

The home is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It has a nice yard with a view of Lake Cayuga. It is near historical sites, museums and not far from the gorges at the end of the lake where there is a lot of good hiking. If you need a hairdryer, you need to bring your own.

Perfect in every way. The property had everything one could ask for and more. Just when we thought we could’ve used something, one of us went galavanting and found it! Very well thought out property. Finishes in home are higher end so this made our stay even more enjoyable. Makes a difference! Recommend to all with or without kids.

We had a fantastic time. The view was beautiful and the house was perfect for my parents (70s), brother and sister-in-law (30s), my husband and myself (40s) and our two kids. It had amenities to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The location was so close to the state park and several wineries.
