Nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden with southern ambience, is our modern, comfortable, about 110m2 large 3-bedroom apartment. The kitchen has Rüstinsel, 4-ring gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, small oven and a fridge-freezer. All necessary kitchenware, utensils and crockery are at a high standard. In the living area can be found u. A. A Satelllitenfernseher and an internet modem for free use. The modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet is - as the whole apartment - Disability Access. invites the large table in the dining area for social gathering and enjoyable tavolate.
The apartment has a large bedroom (20m2) double or twin beds and private access to the lawn in the garden. The smaller, second bedroom has a double bed 140x200.
The garden with lawn, arbor, covered terrace and garden shower offers cozy, shaded areas as well as the opportunity for relaxed sunbathing. A barbecue and plenty of garden furniture available to guests. Thanks to clever architecture neither the living nor the garden area from the environment are exposed. One lives here completely private and yet in the village with its shops for daily needs.

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, has wonderful uninterrupted views over the valley to enjoy while al freso dining under the gazebo. We were there in August and the house was lovely and cool, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rita is a kind and attentive host who made sure all was OK and then left us to enjoy our stay in her house. Will definitely go back.

This is a very clean and well kept modern house in a small charming village with everything you need (grocery shops, coffee bar and a good restaurant) within few minutes walk. A supermarket is reached in 15 minutes by car. We (including our dog) felt very welcome by the kind and helpful host who lives close to the house and will be happy to assist you if needed. The house stays nice and cool even when hot outside. It has a very nice garden with shaded and sunny seeting areas, a beautiful view, and outdoor shower.
The area is perfect for trekking and road biking. There are lots of paved roads, wonderful climbs and beautiful views. The area has great variation and relatively new as well as very experienced bikers have lots of options if you like climbs of 4 - 10 km. We can't think of a better spot for bikers to be located in Piedmonte.

We, a family with two young kids, liked it.
A very spacious garden, which our kids loved, especially because the owner bought an inflatable pool. A well equipped kitchen, and in a nice location.
In the town itself there's a bar, two littles grocery shops and a restaurant.
Also, I was told they make some very reasonable whines in the region..
