My wife and I and our kids were able to stay at this property for a month. Unfortunately, there was construction next-door from the hours of 8 to 5 - 7 days a week (jackhammers. Concrete saws, etc.). So unfortunately, we really couldn’t enjoy the deck or views in the morning or day. The evenings were beautiful.
Host was very communicative and did their best and even gave us a small refund knowing the construction was a problem. Our only issue was we had just wished they had given us a heads up about the possibility as they had stayed there previously and knew the possibility existed. They did suggest we move properties, but that was logistically impossible.
The place is nice, but it is definitely showing some age, especially in the electrical, lighting and the appliances. There was no light above the dining room table and none on the balcony to be able to see while grilling in the evening.
Overall, again, it was a nice place, but the lack of being able to use the deck was very limiting. I would suggest ensuring that the construction is completed before making your reservation.

We enjoyed our brief stay in this condo in the Reserva Conchal community. Its large enough for a family and the bedrooms are quite large. The balcony with a grill and comfortable seating options is quite nice. Having access to the Reserva Conchal beach club and the beach itself is very nice. The drive to the club does take some time as its a few kms away. If you want to get out of the community and have a car, the condo is very close to the community entrance gate which makes it fast to get outside and explore to Brasilto for going to the market or local restaurants.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
