Sleeping up to 9 people, this home has 4 bedrooms across both floors including a children's themed bedroom for the toy lover in the family. The outdoor living space is perfect for warm Florida summer days with a private swimming pool and spillover spa for the entire family to enjoy. This home also provides a games room equipped with a foosball and ping pong table as well as an upper floor loft area with an X-Box One video game console for all your entertainment needs.
Disney World's proximity from the Encore Resort is less than a 10-minute drive with free shuttle service and offers exclusive on property amenities including a waterpark with thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, sport courts, and an amenity center with a fitness room and kid's area.

If it is requested after check-in, an additional $35.00 call-out fee will be charged, as we will have to send a technician to switch the pool heat on.

This house was PERFECT for our family vacation to Disney. Right off the highway and within 3 miles of Walmart and Starbucks. Hollywood Studios is only 10 minutes away and all other theme parks were less than 20 minutes away. There was a little bit of a hiccup when we arrived, as the code provided was incorrect. Luckily, the neighborhood security patrol was able to page the management company and they were able to reset. The waterpark on site was the perfect way to spend our first day in Orlando before hitting the theme parks the following day. I definitely recommend paying for the hot tub and pool heating. It was a great way to relax after a long day at the parks. Beautiful home with 10' ceilings on both floors, well decorated, and plenty of room for everyone!
