In a former stable, tastefully renovated, this unusual 45m² gîte sleeps 2.
Ground floor: Living room with equipped kitchenette (oven/microwave combination, 2 ceramic hobs, table-top refrigerator, no dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, etc.). Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Upstairs: Access via a staircase. Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 cm). NOT SUITABLE FOR BABIES.
Private 15m² terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Shared garden. Private parking space.
There is no washing machine in the accommodation, but the owners can do your laundry at no extra charge.
Wi-Fi. Electric heating and a wood-burning stove. Utilities and wood are included. Linens are also provided. Final cleaning fee must be paid.
