About this house rental
This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,537 square foot lake front home has all you need to stay and play in the Lake of the Ozarks. 4 Seasons Cove offers multiple decks to enjoy your morning coffee, the lower deck has an awesome outdoor bar along with a state of the art hot tub. The quiet cove makes this a perfect location to cove out and enjoy the lilly pad available for guests use.
You'll find the primary suite on the main level with a king size bed, a 43 inch smart tv and a walk-in closet. The full ensuite includes a jetted tub to relax after a day on the water. Upstairs in the wicker room there is a king size bed and a 32 inch smart tv. This room has a jack-n-jill full bathroom it shares with the other upstairs bedroom. The gold bedroom includes 2 twin beds, one of which is a trundle underneath the queen size bed along with a 42 inch smart tv. On the lower level you'll find the grey room which has another king bed as well as a 32 inch smart tv. The anchor room which is also located on the lower level has 2 full size beds, a walk in closet and a 32 inch smart tv. The lower level also has a full laundry room for guests to use, a second fridge and a tv area to gather in and play games or watch a movie on the 80 inch tv.. There are also beach towels for your use during your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'd need to feed the family or friends. Mixing bowls to pizza pans, baking dishes to pots and pans. Plenty of cooking utensils making your meals a breeze. As guests you also have access to the smoker and the grill located on the top deck outside of the dining room.
If you want to go out and have some fun you're only a short drive from the Bagnell Dam where your food, fun, shopping or entertainment possibilities are endless.
*Due to new HOA restrictions- the one parking spot in front of the property is no longer available to use for renters. Renters can pull down there to unload but then will have to park on the street.

Great place to stay! Quiet corner of the lake. There are pictures that aren’t super accurate. There is no fire pit currently and the grill is a bit rusted but we made it work. Communication was fine. We were never told what we can and can’t use on the property, we asked when we weren’t sure and got a quick response but this would be a great thing to add to the welcome guide (I.e. water trampoline, margarita machine). All in all, we had a great time!

I only book houses with hot tubs and was told it was broken the day I checked in and only received 200 back.There is only one parking space for a house that sleeps 16. Other people have to park on a road that is very curvy and only has a shoulder on some areas of the road, so you cannot park very near the house.It had a nice outdoor bar hot tub area, but again the hot tub was broken. The outdoor bar was absolutely filthy. It had a trash can full of trash, mold growing on the machines used to make daquiris, everything was sticky. It had a cooler that had food in it with bugs crawling on it.On the inside of the house there were dead bugs on the carpets and window sills. The upstairs carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a used razor in two of the showers. The inside of the house was not filthy like the outdoor bar area, but it wasn't very clean either. The fridges and freezers both had food that had been left in them. There were stains on the bedding. We had planned on grilling out one night but the grill was completely rusted out. There were two holes in the wall.When I called to complain about the cleanliness of the house, the property manager told me that she knew the house was not dirty, because it never had been. But she did send back the house cleaner who did some of the things we asked such as vacuuming the upstairs and taking out the trash in the bar. The house is in a great location and has a decent private dock to swim off of.
