Coyote Moon Lodge is a 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home that sleeps 30 people. This cabin will be your families favorite place! The large pool overlooks the Koi pond with several different covered patios and several places to enjoy the scenery. The main house has 3 bedrooms & a loft (sleeps 14). The bunkhouse has 1 king bed and 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 8). The hayloft is above the bunkhouse and it as a full kitchen, washer/dryer and living room (sleeps 8). Coyote Moon Lodge is on Log Country Cove property and is managed by Log Country Cove with 20 + years of five star hospitality in the Kingsland area. Non-motorized items included in your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: TG at Coyote Moon... Location/house was perfect, but ran into a fewdisappointments. Door keypads didn’t work. Oven door didn’t shut completely and temp indicator light is broken. No mixer for mashed potatoes, no dish cloths and few dish towels, blender broke, no wine glasses, lamps on end tables and 2 recliners didn’t function. Game-room equipment needs repair as well as the outdoor games. Overall, had a great time anyway. :-)From an airbnb owner... couch throws would be nice. :-) Large bottles of shampoo and conditioner, plastic wine glasses and pool/hot tub towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Coyote Moon with 17 women! Every year we have our women's retreat at LCC. This year was no different. The staff is consistently wonderful and accommodating. They consistently explain what is available to do on-site and have plenty to in the surrounding area. All the houses are amazing but Coyote Moon is special to us. It always feels like we are on an island all to ourselves where we can worship, sing and just be free to be ourselves while we are there. The location is very therapeutic and restful. The pool and hot tubs are clean and the property is kept very tidy. We look forward to returning next year!

It would be helpful if there were more handicapped accessible rentals, but that need is probably not given much consideration when these units were built.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both Cabin Fever and Coyote Moon for a large girls' retreat (45 people total). Both homes were beautiful, had comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed kitchens, nice linens, and were close enough that we could walk back and forth easily. Having two refrigerators within the Coyote Moon house was really nice, as we could have a 'snack and drink fridge' for the kids, and they weren't eating all of our ingredients we planned to cook. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at each home, as well as little touches like corn hole, horseshoes, and the chimineas. Everything was VERY clean... truly, not a single mark on the shower glass doors, and we were very comfortable. Kingsland was about a 5 minute drive away, where we found an HEB and a very helpful Mr Gattis pizza. We are already talking about having next year's retreat there again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice size home with plenty of room for a large group. The pool area is also very nice. However, for the amount of money there are some issues that need to be addressed. The guest bathroom needs repair, the towels in all bathrooms were old, had holes and stains. Once you filled a trash can, there was no place to put it except walk it up to the main road and put it in a dumpster. The A frame didn’t even have a trash can. The bed linens were too big for the beds, very worn out and a mess after sleeping in them one night. There were no dishes in the A frame to speak of (2 coffee cups) and the coffee maker literally took 30 minutes to brew. The list goes on. Just beware of the fact it needs work. It definitely could have been cleaner upon arrival. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will go back only if the place is updated.

The setting was just lovely! Having the pool and koi pond settled in the country made for such a nice ambiance. Having a pool table and ping pong table was nice for the kids. The sleeping arrangement is unique, but was no issue for our large group! There was a cat that threw up by the door and ran inside several times. Some of our allergies were triggered, but he was very sweet. The amenities and ease to rent a boat and jetskis from the venue was wonderful. Would go back for sure!

The pool was large enough for our 22 person group and the fact that a large part of it was covered was a plus. The coy pond was a relaxing view and the younger children found the fish fascinating. The common area in the main house was large enough for our traditional bingo game and two dining tables worked for us. All of the appliances and systems were in working order and the unit was clean(when we arrived). We brought a pickle ball net and there was plenty of room to set it up and play in the driveway. We have no hesitation in recommending this venue for your large group.
