Welcome to my apartment!
Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment has an easy floor plan. The expansive living space features a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Feel free to step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the stunning view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements, including a stove, microwave and coffee maker. A washer and a dryer are available if you wish to do the laundry.
There are three bedrooms. The first has a comfy double bed, and the other two have twin beds—all with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
The property also has a private garage parking for their guests.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

While a bit of the city, we liked the accommodations, especially the beautiful living area with lots of space and the sliding doors out to the deck. Check in was a bit confusing/challenging for us. The building entrance is not on the street, but all the way around. In addition, it took us some time to figure out how to key in the building code to gain access. I didn't realize, but it was in the description that there was no central air. They did provide a couple portable units that didn't really help. Otherwise, clean and spacious. Parking was a bit challenging but we managed ok. Clearer directions on where to access the building, how to punch in the code and exactly where the parking garage entrance is located would have been very helpful.

The apartment is in a perfect location. You can walk to the train, metro and bus station in 10 minutes. The sea view is lovely. There is grocery shopping across the street and a beautiul mall with shops, groceries, and a great food court a 10 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The apartment is well equipped - but a free second hair dryer would be good to have. Their are 2 portable A/C units, but there is no documentation on how to install them. There is 1 fan in the apartment, but 1 per bedroom especially in the warmer months would help if the A/C is not available. Documentation on how to work the various appliances and a guide for the TV would be helpful as well. The futon in the living room is comfortable, but if there are more than 3 people staying, a few more comfortable chairs would be good as well as some better balcony furniture. Overall, it is a great place to spend some time in Lisbon - away from the tourist traps and near better and less expensive food!

Good place to stay just had trouble getting into the front door entrance into the building, instructions weren't clear for the keypad entry.. but once we got into the building, entry to the unit was straight forward. Thanks
