You can’t beat the location, views, and pool on this rental! Layout was perfect for traveling as a family with four kids under 7. The deck area was perfect for our kids and pup, appeared to have been recently redone. Heated pool was amazing and we couldn’t keep the kids out of it! The house was a little more rundown than shown in the photos- several soft spots in the floor that didn’t feel super safe, a leak under one of the tubs, some peeling paint, areas you could tell had some previous water damage. We had issues with getting the lock code to work, and ended up getting locked out the first time we left the house. Rental company was quick to come help and brought us a physical key within 10 min to help us get back in. Unfortunately the physical key didn’t work consistently either, and we didn’t feel comfortable locking it when we left as we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to get back in to our dog. Wasn’t a huge deal for us because we spent most of the time at the house but had to leave it unlocked the one time we went out to dinner. A few minor safety things we noticed- outlet cover missing on outlet in kids room with bunk beds, lots of rusted nails under the deck, a broken lightbulb on one of the lights outside under the house that left an exposed hot wire. Overall a great stay and the rental company was very helpful and great to work with!

Amazing, loved everything! The immediate access to the beach and pool in the deck was so amazing. Perfect place to go on vacation and never have to leave!

We stayed in this house last year and loved it so much immediately booked it for this year. As the property company does a wonderful job with the place but it was in need of repair that the owner hasn’t done. The stair of the porch going to the beach are off and a picnic table placed there to climb on instead. The light switch in the bedroom had to be jiggled to get it to come on and it was that way a year ago as well. I do understand that there are other steps into the house but that makes tracking all the sand into the house cause you can’t rinse off before entering the house. The porch boards are coming up and screws sticking out and the railing is loose so don’t lean on them. I do not fault the rental company on this as I know they try to keep it up but the owner probably needs to step up and make some repairs for the safety of their guest.
