About this apartment rental
Perfectly private Paradise studio - located conveniently off Pentz road. This spacious studio apartment is well suited for a business traveler. With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home.
Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.
I live in Chico and there is on-site management for emergencies. So don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!
Guest has use of the entire apartment, as well as the communal building spaces.
Phone service and data is reliable at this location
There is no public transit servicing this area.
This home offers one dedicated parking spot immediately outside the private entrance.
Please note, this home is located in an apartment complex that is partially occupied by long-term tenants.
Some parts of the building are being renovated, and while it's unlikely to have an impact on your unit it is possible you may see or hear some construction staff. Their workday is typically done by 3pm, and they rarely work on weekends.
The back courtyard with the BBQ grill was recently closed for maintenance, but the apartment complex is working to open it back up as soon as possible!

This is a great place for me to stay because my brother lives on the property. It is very convenient. Comfortable, and in a very lovely rural location. If you are looking to stay in the heart of the town, this isn’t it, but if you are looking for a comfortable easy enjoyable spot in paradise, you got it here.
