The property is situated in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use: garden furniture and lift. Ski room, bicycle storage in the house.

The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, radio, CD and to the north side. The additional beds are double couches. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony (together with living room / bedroom). Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with TV, electric cooker (4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. All pools are available for shared use. Indoor pool (usable from early December to early August, heated, 13.00 m x 8.00 m, 2 m deep). The indoor pool and sauna are closed for the regularly necessary maintenance work from Monday, 12/05/2025 to Friday, 23/05/2025 inclusive. From Saturday, 24/05/2025, the sauna and indoor pool will be open again. During the maintenance period, annual maintenance and cleaning work as per authority requirements will be carried out in the indoor pool and sauna area.
