29th floor studio with 2 full beds, AC, small kitchenette. Panoramic windows and a balcony, right next to the Ala Moana Shopping center, beach. Enjoy Mountain and ocean views.

A kitchenette to prepare finger food, a big bathroom with a bathtub to dive into relaxation, spacious room with 2 full size cloud like beds, flat screen TV if you want to follow your favorite show and the pearl of the studio – huge panoramic windows with a balcony for you to capture stunning Diamond head and ocean views.
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.

*Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($30 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them.
!!IMPORTANT!! From February 7th, 2022, the exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.

The view was amazing, and the place was quiet and very comfortable.Any issues with the facilities were handled quickly, which we really appreciated.We stay at the Ala Moana Hotel every year, and taking care of trash has always been a bit of a hassle, so it was great that we could simply leave it in the hallway to be picked up.We’ve stayed with many different owners over the years, but this one was the best.We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit.Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Just what we expected for a hotel rental. Had everything we needed. We talked with others who went thru VRBO with other owners and there were lots of complaints for lacking towels, etc but we didn’t have any issues! Had plenty of towels, room was clean, great views. And it was the perfect location for our daughters’ volleyball tournament at the convention center. Also convenient to the mall for whatever we needed!

3rd time at Ala Moana Hotel thru VRBO/Lei Hawaii. I arranged early check-in about 1 month ahead and reconfirmed 2 days before my arrival. Paperwork not completed with hotel. Had to make phone call to Lei Hawaii from front desk. Host seemed flustered when contacted at front desk. Finally done and I was able to check-in early. In room - no hangars in closet, no ice bucket, no extra blanket. Everything else okay. When I contacted property mgmt, well, see response below. "Too difficult" to handle ice bucket. You are in the hospitality business! Unacceptable! Nothing was provided as stated in the response to my question.
