About this docked boat rental
Luxury camping on the water - relaxation and adventure, pure nature and life on the river - comfortable and cosy.
The houseboat can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with a convertible sleeping cabin, WC/sink, shower, mini-galley with fridge, hob, pull-out sofa bed in the saloon, Bluetooth radio and furnished roof terrace. Enjoy the view of the water from the upper or bow terrace. Here you can switch off, soak up the sun or enjoy meals together. Large bow and stern sliding doors give you endless freedom on the water.
Mobility is ensured by a powerful 40 hp outboard engine and a bow and stern thruster.
An inland boating licence is mandatory, otherwise a charter licence must be obtained for a fee in a 3-hour instruction course on site. A boating licence is recommended for safety reasons on the water.
There is a car park for a fee at the Erlebnishof (key handover).
Additional costs are incurred for petrol consumption and, if applicable, a mandatory extended skipper's liability insurance. A deposit of 1000.00 must be transferred to the owner before arrival. This property does not participate in the small claims concept. The skipper is fully liable for any damage to the rented property that exceeds the amount of the deposit.
The starting point of your boating holiday is the Lower Havel Waterway, which is characterised by extensive river kilometres. From here you can start a long journey in the middle of one of the most beautiful water sports areas in Germany, even in Europe.
At the various guest piers, you can get information about the sights and restaurants in the vicinity.
In the event of extreme soiling due to dog hair or other pets, an extra cleaning fee will be charged on site.

Instruction trip optional (if you have never been on a boat before) - 50,00
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 70.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
