Beautiful home with excellent natural light and ventilation. Located near Pontal da Daniela Beach, with deck access to the beach, in a safe and quiet area, perfect for vacations with family or friends.
Located just a 5-minute drive from Jurerê Internacional, a 15-minute drive from Canasvieiras, and a 10-minute drive from the culinary town of Santo Antônio de Lisboa.
The spacious living areas feature an open-concept kitchen with large glass doors, a balcony, a garden, a pool, and a pergola for barbecuing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for a perfect stay, including cutlery, a stove, a water filter, glasses, bowls, plates, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, frying pans, and everything else you’ll need. It also features a large table, TV, restroom, and a door leading to the garage, living room, and laundry room.
Opposite the kitchen is the balcony, furnished with wooden furniture (benches and a coffee table) and hammocks. The balcony is surrounded by gardens and faces the pool and barbecue area.
The entryway serves as a passageway to the bedroom; the staircase leads to the upper floor and the living room. The living room is a constantly evolving part of the house, bringing a bit of Brazilian and global culture into a small space.
The large living room features a TV, sofa, ottomans, chairs, and plants that add comfort to moments of relaxation. The TV has access to major streaming channels, offering more entertainment options.
If we go up the stairs, we’ll find a full bathroom and three bedrooms.

The house has 4 bedrooms, including:
Upper floor:
- Suite (Bedroom 1): king-size bed, air conditioning, blackout windows, full bathroom, closet, and the option to add another single bed with a box spring.
- Bedroom 2: double bed, air conditioning, blackout windows, balcony with a hammock, closet, and the option to add another single bed with a box spring.
- Bedroom 3: double bed, air conditioning, blackout windows, closet, and option for an additional single bed with a box spring.
First floor:
- Bedroom 4: 3 single beds (1 bunk bed + 1 box spring bed), blackout curtains, ceiling fan, games, books, and toys.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people.
Note: Single beds in the suite and in bedrooms 2 and 3 must be requested at the time of booking.

Returning to the rest of the rooms on the first floor behind the kitchen, you’ll find the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, furniture, and the necessary supplies for daily housekeeping. The laundry room leads to the back of the house, where you’ll find a clothesline, a small herb garden, and a vegetable garden with plenty of space for pets.
Continuing outside, we’ll soon have another full bathroom with a shower. Next to the bathroom is a pergola for the barbecue area, which overlooks the pool and the kitchen doors.
We provide some beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach carts. Beach towels must be requested before the check-in date; as well as towels for use at the pool (bath, face, and pool towels may not be taken outside the designated beach area of the house)
The house features high-speed Wi-Fi and security cameras outside the house. It also has its own garage for 2–3 cars and free street parking in front of and next to the house.
Located 150 meters from the beach access deck and 2 blocks from small markets and restaurants. Larger grocery stores can be found in Jurerê, along with access to the neighborhoods of Canasvieiras and Santo Antônio de Lisboa. Pharmacies, healthcare services, and gas stations are located in Jurerê.
