The Space:
COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

This a little piece of paradise in the heart of Coconut Grove. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom beautiful Key West style cottage is fully gated. It comes with parking as well. It has loving upgraded interiors with marble floors, granite kitchen counters & new bathrooms. We have central AC, cable and wifi. You can walk to tennis, the bay, Coconut Grove Village, Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. I have 4 homes on my property. It has the feeling of a small village.

The small bohemian village feel is countered by recognizable chain restaurants, but small local cafes, college bars, and independent boutiques still line the streets. Pull up a chair outside, watch the assortment of shoppers, bar-hoppers, students, and tourists stroll the streets and enjoy the laid-back ambience.

Overall great stay. Amazing location with easy walk to Coconut Grove. Very nice gated property. Only downside was the beds and pillows which could use an update. Property owner responded very quickly to any needs.

This house was so clean, neat & organized! It had everything we needed and plenty of space! The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The 2 bathrooms were extraordinary & necessary! Parking space was critical as parking can be challenging in that area. This house was blocks from the cutest area where there were tons of restaurants, shops, coffee shops - no need to drive there, literally within walking distance! Amazing location!! The host was amazing! We had an issue with our code and got there Thursday evening. I messaged them and within MINUTES they messaged back & even called. They made sure we were able to get in ok and asked if they could do anything else to make our stay a great one. They were so kind and took their hosting duties serious. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is a management run house. Which has its pros and cons.it was the cleanest house we have ever rented. Besides one large ant in the master bathroom there wasn’t a hair or crumb to be found. However a few towels smelled like cooking oil and there was a stain on one towel. We do not cook but if you do there is only oil,salt and pepper. They also will not let you in a minute early and there was an issue on the code for the key pad which took a few minutes to get fixed. They texted two days before told me house was available early for 20% discount but the day of check in wouldn’t let us in a hour early saying they were getting it ready … no one had been there for days. They also sent a message stating if I gave 5 star rating they’d refund me 15. Not sure if that should even be allowed,,buying good ratings.Thankfully the issues were minor. No reason for a bought review though.Property was beautiful and we never heard anyone in the other three units. Perfect location too.
