This comfortable 2nd row condominium at Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas is the perfect place for those who need some R&R. Elegance and luxury abound at Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas an eight-bedroom, five-bath retreat that comfortably and spaciously accommodates large groups and is perfect for several golf foursomes. Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas is remarkably close to the white, sandy beaches of North Myrtle Beach. The only thing separating you from the feel of warm sand on your bare toes is a quick elevator ride to the ground level, a walk across the street to the beach access and over a healthy dune line.
The Atlantic Ocean is right outside when you vacation at this luxurious second-row resort. Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas features a full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, granite counter tops and fabulous ocean views. We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Weekly only May thru September. Minimum Rental Age 30 years.
Maximum Occupancy. The number of people 22 (including children) present at the Property may NOT exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.
Our Security Company requires the names and ages of each guest, with your deposit. More than the maximum number of 22 guests will be considered overcrowding, and will not be allowed entrance to our unit. All of our rules of conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Company who have both the responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become subject to denial of access to the unit, and/or subjecting the offending homeowner to the liability for additional service charges.
Our Security Company also requires make, model, color of auto and license tag for all autos, two weeks before arrival. FOUR autos is the maximum for our unit. Additional autos will not be allowed to park on property. If you decide to rent a golf cart, the cart is considered one of your autos.
You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 8 p.m. And 8 a.m.
Guests will be issued one bath towel and one wash cloth to use during your stay, per our linen package. If you require additional towels, you must supply them.
Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with prepayment are excluded.

Wonderful place that our family of 16 including teens and adults stayed in over July 4th week. It had lots of space up and downstairs! Huge kitchen with two refrigerators and lots of dinning space! Teens enjoyed the pool table! Short walk across the street to the beach access! Enjoyed this place very much, thank you for having us!

We had nine adults 50 and everyone had a wonderful weekend. Easy access to the beach and very spacious accommodations.

Everything was as stated, the only issues were no extra garbage bags or toilet paper for 12 adults.

Overall, this stay was excellent due to the location and size of the rental met our needs. We did not appreciate the cleaning fee, combined with the passive aggressive messages in the rental concerning additional fees if additional cleaning was required. Needless to say the guest’s feet were black from the floors as well as the toddlers hands and knees from crawling on them. This was coupled with the fact that we had bed linen that was stained with brown blotches… after the cleaning crew mentioned about previous stays leaving fecal matter on the beds. Needless to say not the way we wanted to start the vacation with additional cleaning and first impression… but overall great property just don’t appreciate the additional fees to what we received.
