Perfect for ski aficionados, water lovers, or those yearning for a serene retreat amidst the mountains, this home is ideally positioned just six miles from the renowned Snowbasin Ski Resort, offering top-notch ski and snowboard experiences. As summer arrives, Pineview Reservoir beckons with its myriad of water activities like boating, fishing, and paddleboarding. There are also hiking and MTB trails nearby. We are dog-friendly!
Amenities include 4 smart TVs, fireplace, free wifi, a balcony, a gas fire pit, a charcoal grill, and free use of the community amenities such as an outdoor pool during summer months, 2 hot tubs (year-round), Pickleball courts (2), and patio areas.
Our townhome is a haven of luxury and comfort, designed to host up to ten guests with ease. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, adorned with high-quality linens, pillows, and towels. The interior showcases elegant plantation shutters, warm wood flooring, and subtle recessed lighting. The living space, illuminated by natural light and mountain views, features a large smart TV and deluxe seating in an inviting open layout. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional space for four at the kitchen island. Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances, a gas stove, a spacious quartz island, a large fridge, and all the essentials for crafting gourmet dishes.
Entertainment and relaxation are woven into the fabric of your stay, with four Smart TVs for streaming, and access to community amenities including a seasonal pool, pickleball courts, and two hot tubs available year-round.
The balcony, with its picturesque mountain scenery, offers a peaceful spot for unwinding after a full day of fun for the whole family.
A two-car garage. The owner uses one spot and there is one spot in the garage for the guests. 2 additional spaces are behind the garage and there is a parking lot near the pavilion providing ample space for your vehicles.

From the enormous bedrooms to the beautiful decor to all of the amenities, this 3 story home exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning, the properties pool and hot tubs were exceptional, and everything about our stay was truly magical. The host was attentive and provided us with everything we needed for a smooth check-in. We look forward to our next stay in this beautiful home. Thank you for helping to make our mini vacation so memorable.

The home was well appointed with beautiful furniture and decorations. It was exactly what was described on the website. The proximity to a brand new shopping center and skiing and the reservoir for all of our activities was fantastic. We will totally come back and stay again at this home And the property manager was spectacular with the response time on the few things that we need.
