About this apartment rental
Walk in to an open floor plan downstairs, with a small yet functional full kitchen, including an oven, stove, and microwave. There is also a fully stocked coffee bar, because who can function without coffee?
We have also included pots and pans and everything you could need to prepare a meal. The downstairs has been recently renovated for your comfort! There is a Smart TV downstairs, with all the apps at your fingertips for your convenience.
The bathroom boasts a glass/stone shower, and we try to keep things on hand for your comfort- as well as lots of clean fresh towels.
The upstairs has just been re done (2026) and that includes fresh paint, a TV upstairs has also been added for late night movies in bed.
Make sure you enjoy the front porch and the fresh air while you're here!

Beautiful, peaceful property. We originally lived in the area and were coming back to close out our business in town. The amenities in the home were great and everything was super clean. You definitely get the Northern Virginia rural experience here. Great location and hosts were amazing! Would stay here again!

The rental was a perfect cottage apartment on a beautiful farm. Morning coffee in the rockers on the porch with the most delicious crumb cake provided by the host. It was lovely.

Property was as described, location for us being horse people was perfect. A bottle of wine & yummy assorted dessert box a nice treat from owner! Will return for sure.

Stayed here with my 5 month old daughter, my mom and a friend and we had a blast. Kind folks, beautiful grounds and a super cute barn apartment! The fresh flowers in the kitchen were a lovely touch.
