Welcome to an exceptional experience in the heart of Puntarenas!
Just across the street is the beach, or you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views from the rooms’ balconies. This newly remodeled villa offers an ideal social area to enjoy with family or friends, in addition to its spacious outdoor pool.
Casa Coral is located in the heart of Puntarenas’s day and nightlife.
The house has two bedrooms, both with access to the balcony and views of the beach, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, 2.5 bathrooms (a half-bath in the outdoor cottage), a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, a workspace, and an entryway. The entire house is air-conditioned!
The outdoor area is the heart of the property, with a pool large enough for the whole family to enjoy, the outdoor patio area equipped with a grill and refrigerator, a relaxation area with lounge chairs and beach chairs, as well as an outdoor restroom and shower for added convenience.
You’ll have access to indoor parking for up to two vehicles with an electric gate, fiber-optic internet, digital cable TV, and a security system surrounding the property.
In the same building on the beach side, you’ll find a cocktail bar and a sushi restaurant. Casa Coral is located in the heart of the nightlife scene and is the setting for the main festive activities on the Paseo de los Turistas. You may hear loud music coming from cars or speakers belonging to people who have come to enjoy the beach atmosphere. This is more likely to occur on weekends.
During festive occasions such as Carnival, the Virgin of the Sea festivities, or New Year’s Eve, the noise may intensify.
- Please note that the property is located in a busy tourist area, so you may hear noise at night, especially on weekends.
- The property has a constant-pressure system and a water reserve, so water issues in the area will not affect your stay.
- Laundry service is available for an additional fee.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Young children must be supervised, especially around the pool and stairs.
