Property was well maintained.Only minor comment is that the pots and pans need to be updated. No potholders

Host is great and responsive. Cant say enough about the pool area. Only issue I had was with the grill I paid to use. It was locked when I arrived but host responded right away and gave me code and location of cord needed to run grill. No cord anywhere so couldnt use.

Everything was good for a quick stay. I wasn’t told that there was going to be a charge until Friday night when I called and asked. The heater for the pool never warmed the pool and I was still charged $35 from Friday to Sunday morning. That was the only down fall.

So the trip started nice. The check in and out process was given early. After checking in the host was nonexistent! I was letting him know things we noticed upon arrival. No communication was given after that first interaction! The twin bed sheets had stains on them. The walls are covered in splatter spots, floors were partial clean. The master bath has a slight moldy smell to it. The master room has a broken lamp near the bathroom and a missing tv remote. The kitchen and pool were nice as advertised. There is a big security problem! Garage door and front door can be locked. The sliding back door is broken! The one screen door to the pool area was padlocked but the other door was broken and left to where anyone can walk in while you are gone. There is so much trash piled up at the side of the house, with lots of flies. The yard was unkept! Will never dare stay or recommend to anyone! The property needs a lot of work!! 23 minutes from Disney!
