About this villa rental
This is Wailea Living!
Nestled in a private and secluded enclave between the Wailea Blue Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, the Wailea Grand Champions Villas are where travelers can golf, play tennis, be pampered at the Wailea Grand Spa, whale watch or turtle spot, or soak up the sun, snorkel, stand up paddle-board or body surf at over a dozen of South Maui's finest gold-sand beaches.
Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).
Our kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy dining in and we've equipped the kitchen with many of the household luxuries you'd find at home!
Our lanai is private, secluded and right next to nature. You can be serenaded by songbirds, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine without golfers or pedestrians strolling by, and take in the changing sky as the sun drops below the horizon.

There were a couple of very minor communication issues (the instructions we received by email, the ones in the binder, and the ones left out had some conflicting information). Minor issues such as the listing saying reusable grocery bags were available, but there weren’t any, and instructions to use brown towels for makeup, but there aren’t any. We had on small concern we contacted the host about, and they were responsive and the issue was dealt with quickly and easily. Very nice condo in a clean, quiet area with tons of flowers and green spaces. Shopping area a short walk away. Tons of things to do nearby. Fun, crazy shopping center in Kihei. Beach just down the road a short drive. Check out Point Break Pizza and Panini in Maalaea just a short drive away!

Great location with everything you need. Chris was very good with providing all the details ahead of our trip. We loved having a pool we could use on days we didn't want to spend time in the ocean.

Clean, comfortable and well stocked. This condo has everything you need for a great stay. The owner was very responsive and friendly and we enjoyed our visit, we will be back!
