The Four Breezes With Pool and View

Very well kept. Clean and well stocked up on arrival. Enough kitchen to prepare and eat in, and close enough to some very good restaurants to make it unnecessary. Beautiful views day and night. Thanks for a great 9 nights.

A lot to like spending some time here. The ultimate room with a view as you are high above Chalk Sound and the view is stunning. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and the furnishings are relatively new and in excellent shape. The bed was the best I have had in a rental. It is always nice when everything (lights, ceiling fans, outlets, appliances) work well, and other than the all or nothing stovetop, that is what I encountered. We appreciated having some cold bottled water in the unit when we arrived. The pool was always clean and it is nice to be able to spend time on the dock by the water. Other reviewers noted the driveway is a bit intimidating but I had no problem coming and going with my clown car rental. I found it was quiet, never heard noise from of the rest of the building. The location and setup felt totally safe, being a residence and away from passersby. The included beach chairs were excellent for our outing to the nearby beach.

Very clean

This place was beautiful, as other reviews have said. Spacious unit with vaulted ceilings, very private, and what a view!However, this was overshadowed by an insect issue. The unit is overall meticulously clean and the manager & cleaner do what they can, but there are still an uncomfortable number of bugs entering the space. Particularly when it rains. I really wanted to give a positive review, because otherwise this place is a find. Hopefully they can get the bug issue contained, to allow people to fully enjoy what is otherwise a wonderful space.
