At about 800m from the Market and 1000m from the beach of Saint Palais, this beautiful house with a nice interior is composed of a large living room with a flat screen TV, an open kitchen equipped with a 3 burner gas hob + 1 electric hob, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer part ... A scullery with sink, a microwave, a mini-oven, a washing machine and a dryer.
Its night part includes three bedrooms with 1 bed in 140cm each and cupboard, a bathroom with shower and double basin, as well as an independent toilet with hand basin.
The little extra : a second bathroom with toilet in the garage.
You have at your disposal garden furniture and a barbecue...
GARDEN ROOM - BARBECUE - PARKING 2 BEDROOMS FRONT - GARAGE (gas stove for frying)
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
