The updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals, featuring granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. Stay cool on warmer days with ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo. While on the lanai, take in the sights, smells, and sounds of paradise. Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

This Kapalua Bay Villa was magnificent ! It sits out above one of the Kapalua beaches , so you can sit and listen to the waves roll out all day long to bring a sense of tranquility to your day ! You can also see the sunrise and sunset from the condo’s deck as well ! This area has 3 beaches and lots of walking trails , pool and tennis and so close to Napili beach and so much to do ! Great restaurants too !The condo itself is appointed beautifully with everything you may need . The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable ! A stunning property !
